With business growing rapidly, Firefly is looking to hire a Lead Developer Department Head responsible for reaching out to potential clients and scheduling sales appointments and managing a team to maximize on the department's success. We want you on our team - join us!
Responsibilities
- Team management - create schedules for your team, set goals, hold your team accountable, ongoing training
- Create and manage automated workflows within the CRM (HighLevel) and manage your continued knowledge of this system as it continues to develop
- Work alongside the Director of Marketing to make constant improvements to the workflows for maximum results.
- First contact with leads for qualification purposes and to set sales appointments
- Communicate with clients and answer phone call, texts, emails though online platforms
- Input leads into CRM (HighLevel)
- Organize and prioritize leads to dispatch to consultants
- Maintain statistical information on lead disposition
- Maintain a positive attitude and work well with internal and external customers via phone, email, etc.
- Coordinate sales efforts with sales consultants
- Updating spreadsheets
Must Have
- Amazing and personable phone demeanor!
- High proficiency in HighLevel CRM, or similar
- Computer literacy including file manipulation and spreadsheet/document creation
- Detail-oriented and desire to "go the extra mile" to meet important deadlines
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner (both in-person and electronically)
- Ability to sit for long periods at the computer, making phone calls
- Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance required
- Valid driver's license
